She has been a key member of the team for more than 20+ years. She is passionate about agriculture and food, connecting people, and developing strong relationships in the food value chain to develop strong rural communities.

Katie Hunter has over ten years of experience in recruiting ranging from student recruitment to agriculture and food. Katie grew up on a dairy farm and has a degree in Agriculture from the University of Guelph. Katie works to identify what makes your organization unique to attract talent to and assist with determining cultural fit when screening candidates. Katie's agriculture knowledge gives her a strong understanding of the types of roles that are being filled by companies in the industry and she is passionate about helping to connect the ideal candidates with the employers she supports.

Nicole Gallace is a Talent Solutions Manager with more than 15 years of experience in food and beverage recruitment. After a successful career in executive search, she founded FoodGrads, an early-career talent platform that connects students and graduates with opportunities in the industry. Today, through both FoodGrads and De Lacy Executive Recruitment, Nicole helps food and beverage organizations build strong, future-ready workforces by supporting hiring needs from emerging talent to executive leadership.

That experience shapes how she approaches her searches, with a deep understanding of both the people and the business outcomes behind every hire.
