In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining facility infrastructure, equipment, and systems to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant environment that supports production goals. This position requires a balance of strategic planning, vendor management, and hands-on maintenance across disciplines including plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, and machine servicing. The Facilities & Maintenance Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams in Production, Quality, and Maintenance to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
